I am a compassionate and experienced Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AASW) with a Bachelor of Social Work from Edith Cowan University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health from La Trobe University. I specialise in providing empathetic, evidence-based support to individuals and families navigating life’s challenges, including mental health concerns, trauma, and complex family dynamics.

Over the years, I have worked extensively with clients experiencing domestic and family violence, child protection issues, and substance use concerns. My practice is rooted in a strengths-based approach, promoting safety, resilience, and healing. I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities to deliver care tailored to each client’s unique needs.

This work has shaped my understanding of the importance of culturally safe and holistic support.

 

In addition, my training in Neurofeedback enables me to offer innovative interventions for emotional regulation and recovery.

I am passionate about supporting those who have experienced violence, providing a safe and supportive space to explore their emotions and develop healthy coping strategies.

I have also pursued my passion for mental health continually seeking to expand my knowledge and skills in this area  recently completing my  Graduate Diploma in  Mental Health.
